This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics. It has no forms. We only process personal data when you contact us yourself.

When you contact us

If you write to us, we receive your name, your email address and what you write. We use this to reply to you and to stay in touch about a possible or ongoing assignment.

• Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or contract when you are a customer.
• Retention: as long as the contact is relevant, and then no more than 24 months. Data required for accounting is kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires.
• Recipients: our email is handled by Microsoft 365 within the EU. We never sell or share the data for marketing.

Technical logging

The website is hosted in Microsoft Azure. Like every web server, it keeps temporary logs with IP address, time and which page was requested. The logs are used for operations and security and are deleted automatically.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to the processing and to request that it be restricted. Write to hello@nodium.se. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, imy.se.
